Stairwell in the Musée des beaux-arts in Rouen

The Musée des beaux-arts de Rouen is an art museum in Rouen (France), which was opened in 1801[1] on the basis of the Chaptal Decree.
The director of the museum is Sylvain Amic. In 2018, the museum had 135,904 visitors[2] The building with 60 rooms was built in 1888 and last renovated in 1994.
It exhibits paintings from the 15th to the 21st century as well as sculptures (Pierre Puget, Théodore Géricault, David d'Angers, Antoine Bourdelle, Raymond Duchamp-Villon, Alexandre Archipenko, Jacques Lipchitz, etc.) and 8,000 drawings.
