This is a bridge close to my home... I had this idea from last time I shot it from this ledge over the road.. I will include the sunset and blend the light trails into it.. the time blending technique I first saw Elia use some years back.
The first photo of the sunset is a 3 photo hdr.. blended with a single 30 second photo, shot about 40-45 minutes later.
