Salar de Uyuni Colors

Beautiful colors of the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia. Water from volcanic springs flows into the salt pan allowing algae and bacteria to flourish. Not taken with a drone or from an aircraft. Just 35mm and down to earth.

Rating "Needs Work": okay, would like to have some more input. Thanks!

Amazing colors and capture! Not like anything I've ever seen!

Thank you!

The only thing I'm missing here is a scale. I'm not sure it's 10m wide or 10km wide :D.
Judging on the lens used and descriptions it's probably quite small but still I'm not sure what I'm looking at :D - maybe that was the intention here?

Correct, the Salar is a great place to loose the sense of scale. An ideal location for forced perspective photography as well. The area you are looking at is about 100 meter wide and the horizon some 130 km away. The camera was at a low position.
